Bethel Manor Parents' Night Out

Hey Parents, thanks for your interest in our Bethel Manor Parents' Night Out. It will take place every FIRST Saturday of each month at Immanuel Baptist Church (69 Saunders Rd) in Newport News. This event is specifically for parents who live in Bethel Manor.

When you sign up using this form, you will be added to our system, and your kid(s) will be added to the master list. You will not need to update your children's information each month. We will start at the top of our list for those who have registered and sign up all the kids we can hold for each month. If you are signed up for the month, we will send you an email letting you know that space is available for your kid(s). If you get that email and want to participate, you are all set. **If, for any reason, you do not want to participate in that month, you simply respond to that email and decline. If you do decline, your name will stay at the top of the list for the next month, and we will sign up the next person on the list.

We hope you use this time for a peaceful break, a date night, or just a nice, long nap. This event is also a way to give a break to those whose spouses are deployed. All adults who will be watching the children during this event have undergone recent background checks, in accordance with our church's child safety policy. On the Saturdays you are signed up for, this childcare will begin at 5:30pm with dinner. We will be watching the children until 9 pm. You are free to pick up your kid(s) any time before 9 pm if you are ready to get them home. Thanks!
